1. Soup Is The #1 Popular Fall Food
In addition to having healing properties, soup is one of those foods that tastes great with other foods. It’s delicious by itself, but if you need more filler, add sandwiches or bread to your soup meal. And on your not so good days, add lemon juice or ginger tea to help you feel better overall.
